Cheapest way to stream audio over a wired LAN?

I'd like to use the LAN at work to push music out to remote speakers throughout the building. The speakers would be wired into the LAN, and the music would be streamed from a single PC running iTunes (or something similar -- it doesn't have to be iTunes itself). [more inside]

Planning for telnet on DHCP

I need some help on networking and ip addresses. I'm working on a project that uses a RN-XV Wifly module to connect to a home's wifi network. Need a static IP from my motorola ngv510 to run Smoke on Mac

I need to setup a internal static IP for my computer at home where I'm running Autodesk Smoke on Mac. We currently have terrible wireless by AT&T running from a motorola ngv510 DSL modem/router. Please help? I tried "just figuring it out" and managed to kill the house's internet for over an hour tonight. Anyone have any experience with this?

Easy Windows XP switch between static IP and DHCP
