How do I find a good web designer in the ny/nj area?
I'm specifically looking for a talented individual or firm to design an entertainment/ news site with CMS. I work in graphic design, so I'm a bit picky. All the portfolios I've searched have been pretty horrible. Any suggestions as to where or how I can better search what I'm looking for? I'm willing to spend 10K give or take half that ammount.

An older family member coming to stay with us in the Princeton NJ area eats a turkey sandwich for lunch EVERY day.
Seeking recommendations for deli or grocery store that has actual fresh roasted turkey for sale (as opposed to deli-type pre-cooked turkey breast).
Will go pretty much anywhere in the Mercer County area if necessary. Thank you for any direction!

Anyone know a good BMW mechanic in the Fort Lee, NJ (Near the George Washington Bridge) area? I have a 1988 325ix and need someone trustworthy and competent to take care of it. Service at the BMW dealer is outrageously expensive.
I've tried various BMW message boards and come up empty. Something in a 30 minute radius would be nice, but I'll take what you got!

I just bought what was once a very nice house in Maplewood, NJ (Essex County). It has become very rundown and was assessed by our mortgage company at a value of 340,000 in it's current condition. It was a great deal and after a little work will be amazing. Is there a way to have it's taxation rate changed based on the purchase price? Currently, it's very high. Is there somewhere I can go locally to ask about this? Also, anyone know how the property tax cuts will play out in NJ.

I am moving from Hoboken, NJ to Jersey City, NJ. It is a short move, around 1 mile. However, as I do not want to have to carry all my stuff down from the 4th floor walk up I currently occupy, and up to the 3rd floor apartment that I am moving to, I would like to hire movers. I am looking for recommendations for what movers to use and/or which ones should be avoided, as well any general moving tips that people care to share.

My fiances birthday is coming up Jan 27th...last year she put together a very sweet birthday day for me so I would like to reciprocate. My plan was to buy tix to Wicked in NYC and have a nice dinner. However, Wicked is sold out (unless I want to buy $300 tix I can't afford). I am looking for something to do on Saturday (the 28th?) in the New York New Jersey Philadelphia Area. I really don't think I can afford to spend more than $200 for the two of us...any affordable suggestions? I should mention we recently moved to the area but have been into NYC a number of times so we have already done the major attractions there (museums etc)
