Help me fix a wayward office phone!

I need help resetting a NEC Dterm80 office phone. Our office manager was fired and now we have two phones with old employee passwords that need to be reset. We need to change the voicemail message, code, etc. but can't access the menu to do this without resetting the phone. We can reset the phone without the ex-employee's password. Quite the conundrum.

Can anyone help?

The manual has proven to be useless....

Thanks!

Replacement Remote for NEC MT1000 Projector

Replacement remote-control for NEC MT1000 projector? I recently acquired an NEC MT1000 video/LCD projector without a remote-control. I'd like to find a remote to control the volume (and possibly power), however OEM replacements are around $160 (even on eBay), and programable remotes are $100+. How can I make this work on a reduced budget? I can't find applicable remote-control codes for existing universal remotes, and have been unsuccessful with trying a code search on a TiVO remote. Any help you could give would be appreciated!

Driver problems with a CD burner

My CD burner died, my little buddy in copyright crime refuses to work lately. When I tell it to copy files it comes back with an error message saying that I need a different CD, yet they were all fine two weeks ago prior to installation of the new XP service pack. (More inside) I have a Dell Dimension 8100, and the device manager claims that it's a NEC NR-7800A burner, which I'm not certain is correct, as the properties calls it a CD/DVD player, which it's not, it's a CD player/burner.
