Help me find the source of this video clip, it begins at 2:08 here. It's a dance sequence, the one with the woman with short blond hair. Given the subject of the video it's likely from an advertisement in the late 80s - early 90s. The music playing in the background on the video is not the original music accompanying the clip.
I love the new iOS4 capability of making and naming playlists on my ipod touch. I hate when I sync to iTunes on my computer and it wipes them all out. I have iTunes set to 'manually manage music and playlists' for my touch because I add/manage music on my touch from multiple PCs. If I check the checkbox to 'sync selected songs/playlists,' it tells me that all of my music will be wiped out. Is there some way to allow my playlists to be kept on my device and preserve my ability to manually manage music without having to wipe out the entire music library
From what I can tell smart playlists on the ipod touch are still broken, and the 'on-the-go' feature requires you to sync with your computer to save them. Is there any software that handles playlists the way Apple apparently can't? I want to be able to make playlists on the touch, save & rename without having to sync back to my PC. Some way of making smart playlists work would be a nice bonus too. I have a jailbroken 3rd Gen, FWIW.

For comedic purposes, I need some of that breezy music you often hear in the background of 50's educational films, usually strings. Youtube is probably not an option because I need the 'pure' version without talking, sound effects, etc. already dubbed over it. I'm thinking it might be somewhere in the Henry Mancini realm but not sure. Any thoughts you have would be just swell.

Help me construct the ultimate poor man's Ipod boombox. I have a Sonic Impact T-Amp and 2 Infinity bookshelf speakers. I would like to be able to carry all 3 as a connected unit (Amp velcroed to the top of a speaker, speakers somehow connected together) but separate the speakers when needed. What's a good way to connect the speakers together without damaging them? I'd like to keep it as light weight as possible. Seems like Velcro might be too weak?
I'm putting together a music playlist for a kids' ice cream social at my son's elementary school and I need a lot of songs about ice cream and candy. Each song should have ice cream and/or candy mentioned prominently (i.e., people who haven't heard the song before and who are only half listening to it should quickly catch the connection). Sexual references/double entendre should be kept to a minimum (i.e., Van Halen's "Ice Cream Man" is OK, but "Candy Shop" by 50 Cent is not) -- we're talking 5-year olds here, but hip 5-year olds. The more genres the better! Stuff I've got so far: Ice Cream Man by Van Halen Lollipop by the Chordettes Various ice cream truck jingle mp3s from WFMU's Beware of the Blog Sugar Sugar by the Archies (Your love is better than) Ice Cream by Sarah McLachlan I Want Candy by Bow Wow Wow Ice Cream by Laurie Berkner
