I want to fly through my email. GTD/Zero inbox style. Trouble multiple accounts including .Mac, gmail and Gmail for business.
I thought I found a desktop client - MailPilot for OSX - but it's just not doing well enough (it's development is too slow.)
Meanwhile, I hear that you can be super clever with Gmail - More inside! [more inside]

I have an IPhone 4s. I routinely need to dictate myself messages that I can send vie email from my phone to myself using Siri.
Is there any way to set things up so I can do that with very few clicks?
Right now I push home to open Siri, ask to send mail, enter my mail address, Dictate the message and hit send. Can it be done more easily?

I have an iPhone and iPad, both on iOS 6. Email works fine, but if I try and send a file from within any app, it looks like it works - but it doesn't. This is the case for the two different mail accounts I have set up (one Gmail, one Exchange) and it's driving me round the twist. [more inside]

I'm using Gmail with IMAP, and Mail.app (and an iPhone, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't matter for these purposes). How can I erase the old messages in the "Sent" folder on my desktop app without erasing them on Gmail? [more inside]
