I moved into a house with some friends in Los Angeles California, we all split the deposit (shared was $700 each), things got weird and I moved out with the person moving into my room agreeing to pay my share of the deposit. Advise a San Francisco renter? I've about 6 weeks left on my current lease, and just had a new roommate move in.
