How can a small (3-5 employees) brick and mortar/e-commerce B2C retailer survive and thrive in an increasingly competitive market (outdoors/sports products) when it cannot compete on price? Any good examples of small companies doing just that?

Hi all, I recently started the
F-Factor diet For the first two weeks carbs are limited to fiber crackers, all bran, 0% greek yogurt, and one piece of fruit a day. No beans or starchy vegetables. You are allowed a small amount of fat (like a few slices of avocado, or a few peanuts, or a couple teaspoons of oil. Other than that you can have a lot of lean protein (fish, turkey, egg whites, skinless chicken, pork, light cheese, lean beef with fat removed etc.) and vegetables. Unfortunately I'm going away to a cabin this weekend and everyone else will be drinking like fishes and eating crazy fattening food.
What are some things that I can make with lean protein and vegetables (and maybe the small amount of fat I'm allowed) that would be tolerable if not delicious. I will have access to a very basic kitchen (nothing fancy but at least a refrigerator, oven and stove).
Thanks!

Recent convert to DJ Screw's mind-boggling
3 'n the Mornin', Pt. 1. Pulled down the lion's share of his catalog but I'm stumped as where to go from here. Any Screw fans have a road map handy for navigating his enormous discography?

I'd like to upgrade my wardrobe but there's a twist: I'm so slight that my sweaters, t-shirts, and jeans billow off of me, and I end up having to buy nicer clothes from the boy's section. (I'm a "Husky Size 8" in the boy's department last time I checked)

I have three days a week and approx. 1 hour 15min. I am about 30 lbs over weight but eating healthy. I know I need to do cardio and I like weights. Anybody have a workout plan that they can suggest for 3 times a week? (I hope to go 4 eventually but this is the time I have). The only exercises I cannot do are military presses do to a rotator cuff issue. So with this limited time and stretching thrown in, what is your advice/opinon? Feel free to share with me your workout program. I am in okay shape but still in the walking stages of cardio. I am rather strong but am not looking to get more muscular....rather to get lean, if possible. I would hire a trainer but cannot afford it at this time.

(Posting for a friend): I just bought a keyboard, and I would like to learn a little piano-playing. Is there any free or cheap software that can hand-hold me through it? Are there any websites that offer beginning piano lessons?
