Anyone taken BarBri to prepare for the New York Bar exam? How much preparation per day do you recommend after class? Is it really bad to be behind on the homework for class, how important is it to be completely caught up? Thank you so much!!

I'm looking into applying to law school, and trying to think of ways to strengthen my application. Anyone know whether passing the Bar before applying would be seen as a good thing, in terms of getting into a slightly better school than I would otherwise? [more inside]

So apparently it's legal to have sex in a bar bathroom in Italy, but what about the U.S.? Related question: is it illegal for a woman to go in the men's room (or vice versa)? Anybody ever gotten in trouble (beyond just embarrasment) for something like this?

for the lawyers:
i'm three years from admission on motion in NY (which bar membership has been recommended to me by several folks for various reasons). i may or may not be moving back to WashDC in two years (reciprocity with DC and admisson on motion to VA are not at issue). should i sit for the NY bar or wait out the reciprocity?
what advice for/experiences with changing jurisdictions do/have y'all had?
