My Nexus 4 phone (running Android 4.4) has started insisting that when I want to share a page via Chrome, I HAVE to do it via email.
I've tried resetting defaults in Chrome and email, and uninstalling the updates, but it still keeps insisting if I want to share, I have to do it via email - whereas before, it'd allow me to decide which service to share to.
Any idea what else I can do ?!

In a previous version of the android operating system there was a function to be able to take a picture of a moving object and have its motion captured in one image. Like this.
The most recent andoid OS (Jelly Bean) doesn't have this function any more (that I can find). Help me find something that can do the same thing! [more inside]

I'm trying to update my rooted Galaxy Nexus to Android 4.2 and I keep getting errors: "failed to verify whole-file signature", "signature verification failed". I have Googled the errors and ended up at XDA and similar sites but do not understand the solutions offered in the slightest. Can you help me by explaining the steps to me like I'm an idiot? My Android phone, a Samsung Nexus S, operates on Jellybean 4.1.1. Since the latest update, I've noticed a dramatic decline in the battery life--it will go from fully charged to dead within 3 hours of intermittent use, regardless of whether I'm on a 3G or Wifi connection. How can I optimize the battery life on my phone without losing its functionality? [more inside]

My wife and I went to a craft fair and I was fairly surprised that I didn't see any JellyBean Bonzai (prototype here
) trees there. Everything was giant squids and plushy monsters. Now I'm feeling crafty, but I don't want to kill anyone. [more inside]
