"It's gone from grow to show," and other odd penis behavior...

My blood pressure medication seems to be causing some not entirely undesirable side effects on my penis. Is this normal? Is there any need for concern? I’m a male in my late 30s and for the last few months I’ve been on a prescription of Clonidine, Lisinopril and Hydrochlorothiazide to keep my blood pressure under control. It seems to be working, I check my pressure daily and it is usually around 105-110/65-70.
Now the side effects:

My daily morning erections have stopped completely, not such a bad thing. Make that morning pee a simpler affair.

My ability to maintain an erection, while still entirely manageable is somewhat diminished.

My formerly shy penis now spends all its down time hanging out about 80% of its erect length. An odd change.

So is this typical, could it be a sign of a more severe underlying problem? My next scheduled doctor visit isn’t for another couple months should I make it sooner?

How much does hydrochlorothiazide affect blood sugar?

YANMD. One of the side effects of hydrochlorothiazide is high blood sugar. How much of an increase would be typical? An actual number range (mg/dl for example) or percentage range (x% increase) would be preferred.

If it affects the answer, specifically for someone overweight with prediabetes and hypertension.

Side question: I was told by a doctor that high blood sugar is a side effect of hydrochlorothiazide, and Wikipedia also lists it as one. However, the Mayo Clinic does not, nor does the NIH (unless I missed it). Are the doctor and Wikipedia correct in the first place?

High Blood Pressure Meds and Sun

I've been taking hydrochlorothiazide (25mg) once a day for about 2 months now for high blood pressure. The bottle says avoid prolonged sun exposure. I'm going to Hawaii for 10 days, so it will be pretty hard (and not fun) avoiding sun exposure. I'll be doing the sunscreen, floppy hat, etc. What do I need to worry about? What will happen if I do get prolonged exposure? Yes, I have a call into my doctor...
