Hotel in Brussels

I am looking for a hotel in for two nights in Brussels. I have a flight to West Africa on Tuesday, June 7 at 10:25 a.m. so I will need to get to the airport very early. I see that the hotels near the airport generally cost more than those downtown, and aren't necessarily easier to reach. For speed and safety reasons, I'd like to stay at a place that's a direct train or taxi ride away from the airport. [more inside]

Toronto Hotel For A First Timer

We're visiting Toronto for the first time! We need a place to stay for two weeks! We don't know what to look for in a hotel aside from a nice place, but I'd like something fun and the SO would like a quiet place with lots of amenities (think wifi and breakfasts) that isn't too, in his words, "werid". All suggestions open and none of us drive, so public transit links/ access to typical tourist tat are key.

Help me get from Kansai Airport to Osaka Airport

Due to a SNAFU, I'm landing at Kansai Airport, but staying (very) near Osaka Airport. I arrive at 9PM on Friday, but my hotel doesn't allow check-in after midnight. I'm concerned about making it there on time. Online calculators show taxis costing around $200. Is there a better way for me to make the journey?

Good/reasonable price hotel near Radio City Music Hall, NYC

I've scored tickets to the Superman/Batman movie premier in NYC (at Radio City Music Hall). I want to go, but want to 1. minimize cost for a 2 night stay in NYC, 2. be close to Radio City Music Hall. What are your recommendations for a hotel. Additional info: Date of the premier is March 20, we're flying in on the 19th, leaving on the 21st. 2 people.

What's a good hotel in London with very comfortable rooms?

I'll be in London somewhere around June 2016 and am looking for hotel recommendations. My stay will be approximately one week long. I will be spending extended periods of time in the hotel room working with one other person so I am primarily looking for hotels with very comfortable rooms. I would be very gratified if I could get some hotel recommendations in the 200 to 300 USD range (although if you happen to know of some amazing sub-200 USD hotel, please do tell). [more inside]

Another layover question! Overnight, Berlin edition.

I'll be arriving in Berlin in the evening (earliest I'll be out of the airport is 9pm), with an early early morning flight the next day. Do I just get a hotel close to the airport and sleep? Or do I try to see a sliver of Berlin for the first (and maybe only) time ever that evening, somehow? Difficulty factor: grumpy old person who needs sleep. [more inside]

B&B/Hotel w/a Nice OUTDOOR Pool Near NYC?

We've got a nine-month-old who's never really been in a pool. We'd like to plan a short two or three day vacation built around playing with him in an *outdoor* pool somewhere that's within a three hour drive of NYC. Please recommend a hotel or bed and breakfast that's got a nice, baby-friendly pool. Before the baby, we stayed at resorts in Arizona and California that'd be perfect for this sort of thing, but we can't seem to find anything similar on the east coast. Thanks!

Road Trip AUS - Where To Stay?

Road Trip AUS - usually when I roadtrip (in the US), I'll just stop for the day when; somewhere particularly nice turns up; I'm tired and reach the next motel. Is this style of roadtripping possible in AUS? From the research I've done so far, I'm not too sure, and I'm concerned about hassles involving pre-booking hotels to ensure a place to stay each night: for me, in a roadtrip, I'm looking for the freedom of not having to make daily schedules. Hotel recommendations in SF for a romantic getaway?

Views aren't necessary and I'm flexible with location, but a clean and comfortable (luxurious?) room is a must. Right now I'm looking at the Palace Hotel and the Argonaut, any thoughts on those?
