I am swimming for the first time in a swimming pool. I am facing 2 problems:- 1) My skin is itchy. 2) My skin color changes, i think due to water in the swimming pool. (due to chlorine ?). Is there any way i can prevent/minimize the above. I also use sunscreen.(walgreens zinc oxide version). Could 1 & 2 be due to sunscreen ?

I am looking for a women's swimwear, which is fully covered. Can you pl. recommend some shopping store. The reason i am looking for fully covered is i have some marks on my upper arms and legs (on the thighs) due to skin surgery/transplantation and i want to cover them, so that they are not visible.

My haemoglobin level is 13.7g/DL. (The normal range is 14 to 18). My doctor recommended to take SlowFe Iron tablets. Is it needed to take, since i feel it is only slightly less than the normal. Any other suggestions to improve haemoglobin level. Are there are any other better medicines ? Others who have taken SlowFe, can you share your experience ?

Posting this for a friend. He has short sight and currently does not have insurance. He has just passed out of highschool. He needs to get eye glasses. He got a part-time job just now and so very frugal on money related matters. Any discount program where he can get eyes checked by an optometrist with reasonable/low fees. He is in bay area. Also any idea how much does an optometrist charge for the above. Thanks.
