Looking for a Rockstar Endrocrinologist in NYC (Manhattan or Brooklyn)

Hello all - I'm not new to the thyroid game (I've was diagnosed when I was a pre-teen) but after years of VERY steady thyroid numbers (and a feeling pretty decent) I now need to find an endocrinologist in NYC - preferable in Brooklyn or Manhattan (downtown would be great, but I'll go fairly far for a good doc.) Anyone else experience similar chronic illness symptoms?

Note: I am the patient. Describing the symptoms is pretty difficult task but I will try to do my best. The patient has not felt normal since sometime in October of 2013. The best way to describe it is a feeling as if patient is about to get sick. That feeling as if a sickness is coming on but never really comes on. This feeling is often strongest at night and continues throughout the day and will be gone by night. This toxic/sick feeling that radiates throughout the body seems to come and go at times. Can someone recommend some reliable web sites where I can check reviews for Doctor's in my Area (NJ)?

Can someone recommend some reliable web sites where I can check reviews for Doctor's in my Area (NJ)? I know there are a ton of sites but I don’t know which ones are reliable I live in NJ Also somebody recommended yelp in one of the other posts here but a quick search there did not reveal any result with more than 1 review for my area. Also, there were only few practices with reviews. Basically I just want to find out a little bit more about the doctor before I visit him / her. Any suggestions?

Should I go see Dr. Zizmor, the most heavily advertised dermatologist in NYC?

I still have periodic acne breakouts at the age of 24, and now that I have health insurance I want to see a dermatologist. However, there's a million of them in NYC, and I don't have the time to shop around, so I'm considering going with NYC's most heavily advertised doctor, Dr. Zizmor. Is this a bad idea? Have you or anyone you know ever said, "Thanks, Dr. Zizmor?" [more inside]
