Where can I purchase a 48-count box of individually-wrapped full-size Snickers in the DC/Maryland area before Hallowe'en? I know Costco and probably Sams Club carry them, but I don't currently have a membership and don't want to pay a $50 membership just for the privilege of buying a $40 box of candy.

Can I Eat It Halloween Edition: We bought two giant bags of
Willy Wonka assorted candy for Halloween (mostly so I could steal all the BottleCaps). We only went through one, the other is unopened. Can I save it until next year? There's no expiration date that I can find, and the stuff is nothing but sugar and artificial colors and flavors.

How do I get candy companies to donate candy for my gigantic Halloween event? Should I look to distributors instead? Do you know of any ones that would have great deals?
