I'm a Software Engineer who's looking for a new job. The titles at my current job are a bit fluid. I could conceivably be called a Lead Engineer or a Senior Software Engineer. What should I put on my resume? [more inside]
I am looking for recommendations for simple software to assist our managers with doing their employee performance evaluations efficiently and timely. Applicant tracking software. Does anyone have any experience with the multitudes of hosted applicant tracking software providers out there (for posting jobs and managing resumes internally)? Currently, our company is testing out Prohire, but as the person who handles the website, I find it to less than desirable from a code standpoint and from a customer service standpoint. It is affordable at around $300 a month. Does anyone have any recommendations?
