I applied to this job online by sending my resume, and after I was contacted by the HR lady, I told her that I had an updated version of my resume and so I sent it to her. A few days later, I then realized that I actually sent a wrong copy of my resume, which leaves off some of my education.
It also erroneously outlined a job function that I did not actually do. The reason why it is wrong is because I didn't know how to word it precisely at first, but after a second draft (the correct version) I came up with a better description of what I did.
So, do you guys think it will be fine if I email her the correct version of my resume and explain that I inadvertently sent her the wrong version? Or will it look bad? The interview is already set up by the way.

I'm an ABD Ph.D student pursuing a really awesome job opportunity as my next step. The firm has moved on to asking me to interview with HR to talk about my employment history, relationship with supervisors, etc. I have a solid resume, but I have one element of my recent history that's complex and difficult to explain. It's not complex-bad, just complex, and I'm not sure how to pitch it to HR. [more inside]

job hunt / resume question (creative/tech positions). I worked in the video game industry, and am applying for positions outside that industry. Should I include in my resume a note that video game credits are often inaccurate and checking them does not substitute for contacting an employer if seeking confirmation? [more inside]

I have to come up with a 250 word answer the following HR recruitment question: "What can X-company do to make sure it can operate effectively in a fast paced changing environment?"
