I want this:
1) highlight portion of any website, including embedded youtube, images, text, what have you.
2) click bookmarklet.
Optional step 3) a new window pops up, allowing me to add a note.
4) a subscribeable RSS feed receives a new entry, whose title is a link back to the website in step one, and whose body is the highlighted portion from step one as well as my note.
5) share RSS with friends.
Does it exist?

Has anyone come up with a good replacement for Google Reader's (now-defunct) "Note in Reader" feature? "Sharing to G+" is NOT THE SAME, and emailing articles is annoying compared to the ease of pressing one tiny little button.

Sometimes when I have a more than a week's backlog of unread posts on Google Reader, I notice that it will suddenly forget a couple of days' worth of unread items, annoying me to no end. Has anyone else noticed this and/or has tips for how to prevent this from happening?

Why would my Google Reader "Next" button (the one you can drag right onto your bookmarks toolbar) just take me to random sites every time I click it? I'm logged into my account and everything. Doesn't look like any previous questions posted here address this particular problem.

I'm trying to figure out how to create a XML / RSS feed of my Amazon web store products so I can update to Google Merchant.
There doesn't seem to be many functions / plug-ins offered by AWS and their help isn't very helpful.
I've done a fair amount of searching and have come up empty handed.
Would anyone have an idea how I might go about creating this feed?

A few Google Reader questions, beginning with: I have a few feeds that only of use to me at home: Mac software sites, etc. Is there any way with Google Reader to set things up so that you see
(everything but feeds w, x, y, and z) in one view and
(feeds w, x, y, and z) in another view? The other two behind the break.

I run AdSense on my blog, and burn my feed with FeedBurner. I would love to advertise within my feed with AdSense for Feeds (AFF) rather than the Feedburner Ad Network but AFF seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. Does it still run, and how can I get into the program?

Does anyone know of a free service like Google News alerts, only for Usenet? Filtering in newsreaders won't do: I need alerts from across all available groups; I can't very well subscribe to 40,000 newsgroups and then filter on the client side. If the results came in RSS form, that would be fine, too. Right now, my best option seems to be to save searches at Google Groups to a browser bookmark group.
