cake for lazy people

When I lived in France, I used to make a super easy, delicious cake for the kids that involved using a container of yogurt and then measuring all the other ingredients using that container of yogurt. I've totally forgotten how to make this now. Anyone know what I'm talking about or where to find a recipe?

French Movie Name

French Movie Name. I just can't remember the name of that french movie, it's happens entirely in one night in all over Paris. There was a football (soccer) match, some guys were watching it on a TV in the street, the guy or someone near him broke it and they wanted to kill him and the movie went all insane going all over the place and all over Paris with people getting killed all over the place (for what I can remember).

I need help with translating a biological term from French to English

My colleagues are working in animal science and are often using the term "loi de réponse de l'animal" to describe how biological parameters (e.g. milk production in dairy cows) change in response to a stimulus (e.g. modifying the diet). Potential English translations such as "animal response law(s)" do not seem correct. The concept seems pretty simple, so is there an obvious English translation that would cover this?

Best place for low-intermediate luxury snowboarding in French Alps, mid-April?

Going with a Swedish friend to escape insane work schedule for a week or so in mid-April. Both in our late-twenties. Never been down in the Alps skiing before, so want to get a good feel for it. Money is not an issue if the experience is good (within reason people...). Looking for a nice comfortable hotel, good slopes, fun people, good food, _great_ scenery. Can you recommend some non-violent French-language comics that would appeal to someone who has never read comics before?

My aunt is a librarian for a bilingual French-English primary school, and has mentioned that she is resistant to buying comics/graphic novels for the library because she thinks they are non-literary. I really enjoy reading comics, and would like to suggest something she could read that would prove that comics can be just as satisfying as novels. They don't necessarily have to be child-suitable, in fact it would be ideal to find a literary adult (not 'adult') comic that she would enjoy. [more inside]
