I'm doing my FAFSA for the 2012-13 school year. Because I'm 25, I'm considered independent. I'm working part-time as a tutor at a small private school, but some months my parents and grandparents give me more money than I end up making. How should this be reflected on the FAFSA? There seems to only be a form for my income. Any other tips are appreciated.

I left off a job on my taxes when I claimed this year, and now I'm filing a FAFSA. What do I put on my FAFSA? Only the job I claimed, or both? If it matters, the job I left off I only worked at for a few weeks, but I feel like that doesn't matter to the government.

I plan on attending graduate school in the Fall 2011 semester and applying for financial aid. The FAFSA form asks numerous questions regarding income, adjusted gross income, and taxes for the 2010 year, but much of this info I will not have in time by the February 15th deadline. How do I proceed?

Where can I get a list of universities in the U.S, and when their application deadlines for receipt of the FAFSA (Federal Application For Student Aid) is due? I'm making general movements towards grad school, but I have no idea where yet. Some schools have a FAFSA deadline of January 31; which ones?

FAFSAfilter: Received merit-based scholarship for law school at 1X,000 dollars a year.
yey!. I filled out FAFSA, and my EFC is the same dollar amount as the scholarship. Does this mean my actual required contribution will be zero? Or are those FAFSA folks already taking my scholarship into account, so that I'll need to contribute 1Xk above and beyond the scholarship?

I've decided that I want to start getting my life together by working on earning a degree in computer science. To do that, I'm going to start attending the local community college full time this fall, in order to cover some basic classes, and then transfer to full university later when I'm a bit more transfer-worthy. Now I need help figuring out how to best manage my money so as not to accrue too much debt in the process. Ideally I'd like to get as much financial aid as possible to cover this, but there are a few issues.
