On my prevous version of Outlook on the PC, I was able to delay my outgoing mail for 3 minutes. This helped greaty as I'd often remember that I forgot to attach a file or I needed to add a comment. I recently switched to outlook for the mac (the latest version of Entourage). Can someone tell me how I can delay outgoing emails in Entourage 2008 for say 3 to 5 minutes?

Sometimes my Entourage allows outgoing messages on a new network, sometimes it doesn't (in which case I use the web based client, which is a pain). Just wondering if there's an easy way to fix this, or do you have to tweak something with every new network you use?

Because of a problem with my Entourage database I now have lots of duplicate email addresses in my address book. I thought I could see the duplicates by going through my contact list but they are not listed next to each other. I can search each email address and it will display the dups but that would mean I would need to know which email addresses are duplicated. Clicking on the name field does not place the dups together in the list. Is there a simpler way to find the duplicates?

I'm trying to free up space on an overstuffed laptop. The laptop's owner uses Entourage 2004 for mac and has an enormous amount of email stored on it. I noticed in the user data folder there are 2 databases, one called "database" and one called "old database". Can these be combined into one? Is there a way to tell if one is a copy? In OS X mail.app, it is possible to configure an email account and associate it with multiple email addresses by separating the addresses with a comma in the preference pane. This is useful if you have multiple addresses at the same domain because it allows you to reply to mail and send new messages using the address you choose without having to configure two accounts.

Is something similar possible in Entourage? I am trying to achieve the same functionality for someone who needs to use Entourage for other reasons and am hitting a wall. Any help is most appreciated. (example inside) [more inside]

mac/entourage prob: there's an email address that I cannot send to. Whenever I try and send something to it I get a msg: "Relay Access Denied". I have no probs with any other addresses. The address is for a discussion list and is css-d@xxxx.xxx-xxxxxx.org (of course just replacing the letters with ex's as it's probably poor to post the address here). Any ideas why it won't let me send? (It's not bouncing back, it won't leave my outbox). I receive emails from this address no prob.
