Automotive engineering software

Automotive engineering software - chassis setup, shock graphing, etc. - any good resources? Recommendations? We're building a system to be used in a small racing shop. We'd like to outfit them with some tools that come in handy for race car setup and design (late models, modifieds, etc). Any nudges in the right direction are very much appreciated.
