Over the last few months we've noticed a strange lighter fluid/butane scent coming from our home sauna. I need help trying to figure out a possible explanation.

My fiancee wants to move some stuff around in the home office. This requires the PC and a few other pieces of "always on" equipment be plugged into a receptacle that is controlled by a light switch.
Inevitably, someone will come into the room and turn off the switch not realizing it will turn off a computer and other equipment without turning off a light. What to do about it?

I knocked over my
Whispure 510 air purifier and now it doesn't turn on. No power, no noises, no nothing (yes, it's plugged into a socket, yes, the socket works). Is there any hope? Can I fix it myself? Is there a website or book that can teach me how to do this?

I have an old Line6 GuitarPort with Gearbox 3.5 on a Windows laptop. Does anyone know if there is a Line6 plugin or other software available (from Line6 or elsewhere) that I can download to my laptop that will simulate a looper pedal (or a phrase looper as defined by
