Three drupal questions 1. I disabled the log in form on the main page, now how do I get to the admin panel? (Please note, I have a local install of drupal, php, MySQL and Apache for Dev purposes.) 2. How can I create drop down menus? 3. Is there a way I can change the layout for a certain page? Such as I want the main page to be two columns while others to be one with tables or something to that effect for grid data. How can I do this?

I'd like to build a publicly editable online database. Each record of the database will consist of images and a few bits of meta data and maybe some Flickr-style tags. I don't have the skills to build a custom database nor the money to pay someone to build it. Is a wiki the way to go? If so, which free (or cheap) wiki software do you recommend for someone with very little programming knowledge? If I remove the "publicly editable" requirement, would a plain ol' WordPress blog with tags be the cleanest option?

I need a CMS which will let me specify which categories a particular registered user can view - e.g., A can view categories 1, 3, and 4; B can view 2 and 4; C can view 1, 2 and 5; and D can only view 5.

Does such a thing exist? Don't mind paying if that's what it takes.
