What options exist for a painless way for transferring large (.ppt) files? Especially when it's for people whose work environment may make it impossible for them to download software for FTP transfers or use services like YouSendIt? [more inside]

Does anyone remember the webpage that allowed you to upload a file, and then the site would email a download link to your intended recipient? I need a solution to enable the sending of 80mb files, where the recipient is not very computer-savvy.
