Who is the best podiatrist and/or foot doctor in NYC? [more inside]

I'm looking for a recommendation for an eye doctor/ contact lens specialist in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. I wear gas-permeable lenses and need a new prescription and lenses. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
