Is there a directory or directories of C-Level contacts, e.g., the Director of IT, Director of Security or and other high level managers with security for major companies within Electric Utilities, Gas Utilities, Oil & Gas Pipelines, Oil and Gas Refining, and Oil and Gas Drilling and Exploration? Would prefer something free, but would be willing to consider proprietary sources.

I have a Windows 2000 server that is sitting in a public IP network. I can not figure out how I can get it to talk to my domain controller that is sitting in a private IP network with a linksys WRT54G sitting in between.
Will port mapping solve this? I have already tried putting the domain controller in the WRT54G's DMZ. That did not seem to work.

Is there a quick way to create a mail merge directory in Word from an Excel spreadsheet, broken down by a specific field (department, category, etc.)? Earlier yesterday, I was about to translate into SVCD the newest episode of Doctor Who for my roommate, when I was simply unable to find the file. My media folder only shows files and folders from 0-AL, and nothing else. The funny thing is that the other files have not been deleted. When I have a direct link to a file, it plays perfectly. A direct link to a folder displays all the contents, but the folder itself doesn't appear in the root. Some investigation showed that there's a couple of bad sectors on the disk. Any suggestions so that I can get the main directory back, if only to make a backup of everything in case of a possible crash? [more inside]

Can someone help me find the "information" number for Argentina, if there is such a number? I'm looking for a number similar to 411 in the U.S. (which will ultimately lead me to the phone number of a friend, hopefully). If you have one for Germany, that would be great too. My googling thus far has failed. Thanks!

What should be done (if anything) about a site that is capitalizing on my site's distinctive name and search engine ranking to popularize itself in a way that is totally unrelated to my site?
I run an RSS feed directory with a distinctive name, reasonably good content, and a decent rank in various search engines. Last night a "watch" application told me that 2 new sites now contain my site's domain name in their URLs.
I took a look at both of these sites, and they are simply embedding my domain name in their URLs so that they have a chance of matching on searches for the name. The actual pages are throwaway filler (as is the entire site).
I'm flattered and insulted.
My site's name is not a trademark (perhaps it should be), and I don't want to draw artificial attention to it by posting a link, and I certainly don't want to link to the offending sites.
Has anyone else had something like this happen to them? What can be done?

I'm a huge fan of the epic British TV-dramas from the 70s & 80s -- the type shown here in America on "Masterpiece Theatre." Though some of the most famous ones ("Upstairs, Downstairs", "I, Claudius") have been out on DVD for a long time, I've noticed that recently some of the more obscure ones are coming out ("The Charmer," "To Serve Them All My Days"). I usually get my DVD news from dvdjournal.com, but that site doesn't list British series. Does anyone know of a site that tracks them? I am specifically interested in versions for the US, since I don't have a region-free DVD player yet.
