I am an contractor through an agency (W2 employee). The company I am working at wants me to go full time.
The pay rate is around 33% lower. I've gone through all the benefits that contractors don't get and the full time pay is still around 16% higher.

Someone with a simple .HTML/.PHP page and no content management system needs me to put up a "Contact Us" form. In the old days there were a lot of PHP scripts to do this, but I can't tell if any of them are still reliable and secure.
Are there any recommendations for one? I'm familiar with all the great ones for Wordpress (Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7) but unfortunately can't use those because this site has no database.

We're doing a project that provides info for business owners on who they should talk to for every city and county in California for local permits and regs. Aside from calling each and every one to get their updated info, is there any OTHER way to do it? Isn't there someone who does this for local government the way that other services do for specific industries? We're willing to pay for it, we just don't know WHO to pay. Thoughts?

Act! database vs. Daylite?
I used Act forever & loved the fact i could keep notes per company & then look up companies by Co. name, first name, last name, city, state, or other custom tag i classified them as.
I used ACT when i had my PC.... but for the past 3 years i've been on a Macbook Pro and only using Daylite... which i hate. I can't look up by anything other than Company name or contact name....
I need a new database contact program that is similar to ACT in the regards of how I can look up each company & allowing me under notes (or something) to keep track of my conversations. I'd also like it to sync up with my iphone 5.

I have Ciba vision Air Optix Aqua 1 month disposable contact lenses and have mixed them up. I use -1.75 for my left eye and -1.50 for my right, 8.6/14.20 size. On the actual lens of one of them it says "CIBA x647" and on the other "CIBA x648", which lens is for which eye?

An ex-friend I ended the frienship with contacted me via email after over a year of no contact. The email was along the lines of, "do you still use this account?
