Linux-compatible very slender PCI vid card?

I need a skinny, possibly fanless video card for a 1 U server. Linux drivers, PCI Express, very little room for it to live. [more inside]

Graphical volume cataloger?

I like what VisualCD does (makes a browseable catalog of a given disk), but it is bonking on files bigger than 2GB. This is a deal breaker for my needs. Anybody know a more robust alternative for Win32, that does the same thing?

Best third-party scanning software?

I'm looking for a third-party general scanning app for a document-feed-capable Epson Perfection 1640SU on an XP Pro machine. VueScan is a good example of what I'm talking about. What have you used that you like?

rsync-equivalent for XP?

I am looking for a fault-tolerant file copying freeware/shareware (WinXP) for copying very large directories (> 100GB) from volume A to volume B. By "fault tolerant", I mean that the process won't die if a particular subdir or file won't copy, it will just keep on chugging and log the problem. This kinda sounds like is a prettified, Windows equivalent of rsync. Anyone?
