Identify this game. I played it in the late 90s on the PC or the Amiga. It was an isometric puzzle/action/adventure game set in the future in a tall skyscraper where all the robots (cleaning bots, security bots etc.) had suddenly gone crazy. [more inside]

A non-chorus line mentions leaving a message for the wind, I think. And then the next line is something about the wind maybe passing on that message to some other aspect of nature? How's that for specific? This is not "A Message to the Wind" by Gordon Lightfoot, by the way. I would guess it hails from the mid-seventies. In terms of "feeling," my vague-ass memory places it somewhere between Boston and Kansas, but that's obviously slippery footing.

Is there a reasonable English translation of Goethe's "The Sorrows of Young Werther" in the 1787 version? Thomas Carlyle and the nowadays authoritative translation by Burton Pike both used the 1774 version, but Goethe went thoroughly over it for his Complete Works. Online and printed editions fail in most cases to tell the version used. Can you recommend a book or even an online source?

Where can I find a downloadable version of Michael Murphey's classic, "Temple of the Sun" to download? Of course I am willing to pay for the copyrighted, legal, etc. version. But I would rather not have to buy the entire Swans Against the Sun CD to get this one song.
Also, HUGE Bonus Points if you can lead me to similar(?) songs which might interest my sons (see inside for more on this challenge). [more inside]

I'm a 40 year old male and a music nut, but only classic rock and only musicians with ultimate talent. My favorites include The Who, Rush, Kinks, Moody Blues, Peter Gabriel's Genesis, pre-Born In the USA Bruce, Ozzy, Maiden, Sabbath, etc. I haven't found a good band in the 90's and 00's until I found Wolfmother. Are there any others out there worth listening to?

Volkswagen, BMW, and now Fiat have all recently bought out "remakes" of some of their classic cars (Beatles, Morris Minis and Fiat 500s). All of these cars do nothing more than pay homage to the original, stealing some aesthetic design features, while creating an entirely new car. But how much would it cost, now, to manufature a Volkeswagen Beatle the way they were made in 1969? [more inside]

FlickFilter: This scary movie, perhaps from the early 60s, finds our cast stranded on a ship which has become mired in some kind of dense seaweed. They see another galleon nearby and debark to explore it. Each member of the crew dons individual helium (/hydrogen?) balloons--harnessed to their backs like water-wings--and snowshoe-like shoes, and walk across the water to the other boat. This definitive scene is very eerie, and is the clearest in my memory. [more inside]
