Tony-Robbins-Style Motivational audio/video for Vietnamese or Chinese people?

Tony-Robbins-Style Motivational audio/video for Vietnamese or Chinese people? Could the hive mind please recommend something to bring "life" into old, stubborn Vietnamese or Chinese people?

Something with the emphasis on the following would be great:
Positivity
Determination
Spread confidence to others not fear
Giving without expecting a return

A religious slant, whether that be Christianity or so forth, would be fine as long as it's not excessive.

Thanks!

Resources for studying Chinese characters

I'm looking for resources (preferably online and free) that will allow me to practice reading and writing Chinese characters at the level of a beginner. I have been studying Mandarin for two semesters. My speaking and listening skills are fairly good, but I find characters difficult. I have been reviewing the characters I learned this year using flashcards, but it's getting boring. I would appreciate any other methods or resources that could help me practice.

While browsing the AskMe archives, I read about a concept called "extensive reading", where you practice and learn by reading texts at or below your level. This seems interesting, although I'm not even sure if there is a text basic enough for me at this point. Any suggestions?

Looking for a compact Chinese character frequency chart with English pronunciation key for Cantonese.

Looking for a compact Chinese character frequency chart with English pronunciation key for Cantonese. Just watched Tim Ferriss's presentation here: http://fora.tv/2008/12/12/Feel_Like_the_Incredible_Hulk_with_Tim_Ferriss.

He mentions that he used a most frequently used character chart while learning Japanese. The chart was fairly compact and was useful for traveling. I'm looking for something similar for Chinese but also needs English pronunciation key for Cantonese. Is there something like this I can buy/download? I've found most frequently used Chinese characters lists but they're in CSV files and don't have pronunciation keys or they're in Mandarin.

how to search for English pages with Chinese characters?

Any way to search for English web pages that contain specific Chinese characters? For example in Google when I set my preference to English pages only and then search for Huamei with the characters 话梅, I get mostly all Chinese pages. I would just like to see pages that are mostly English but know enough about 'hua mei' to include the Chinese characters. Google does not think the results it gives are English because it offers to translate the pages.

I've tried adding (ume OR plum OR prune OR apricot) to the search but this still gives mostly all Chinese pages and seems to miss some generated by the simple search.

Google help does not seem to address this.
