I had to do this last year for San Francisco. This year, it's in Chicago!
I'm looking for a place that can comfortably seat a group of 7 for an informal lunch meeting. It has to be within a five-minute walk of the Chicago Hilton, reasonably priced, decent food, and have a semi-quiet environment. I see some possibilities on Yelp, but it's hard to judge from there whether they'd actually be suitable.
Any kind of food is fine, but vegan/vegetarian recommendations are especially welcome.
Thank you for your help!

My friend just told me of a website that had a listing of Chicago bars, restaurants, and liquor stores that you could search by beer brand. He can't remember the name or url. Can you?

I need to take my fiance on a date tonight in Chicago tonight after 11pm. Can you recommend a vegetarian/pescatarian friendly restaurant that would be open that late? She'll be near Broadway and Belmont but any where on the north side would be great.

My brother is back in Chicago and looking for a job, preferably in the culinary world. But he's also looking to move away from retail and restaurant work, and is both unsure what's out there and wondering what other kinds of education he could do to improve his future prospects. Any suggestions?

Yet another Chicago restaurant suggestion needed: 5 adults, 2 of whom's flight is coming in this evening and we want to give them a special "Chicago" experience. Preferably in the Loop? I live in Rogers Park and we don't want to have to go running all over the city. We will probably go straight from the airport to the restaurant.
I'm also looking for a nice place to have brunch tomorrow near the Palace theater downtown. Have any thoughts?

Where do you eat dosa in Chicago? The internet offers only two places on Devon (Mysore Woodlands and Udupi Palace). I've got no problems going to Devon (and will check these places out
although I suspect one of them was the place we went to get dosa that did not have them), but are these really the only two places in Chicago that serve dosa?

Help me find places to eat in Chicago. I don't think I've been to a bad restaurant there, but I'm looking for new places, plus I'm looking to save money on this trip. For added difficulty, 2/3 of my entourage will be vegetarian, so a variety for them would be nice.
