Bad friend: I forgot to buy a birthday present for my Canadian friend. I am in the UK. I would like to be able to give her something today. I have a debit card, a credit card, Paypal and the internet.
I'm thinking that a voucher would be good, but for example, can I buy an amazon.ca voucher for her? Can she use an amazon.com or .co.uk voucher in Canada? What other vouchers are there that will allow me to pay from the UK?

Online sex toy vendor recommendation? Difficulty: must be located in Canada as I'm not willing to sign for this kind of package sent through customs irregardless of the discreetness of the labelling.

I want to make something special for my mother's upcoming birthday. I've been looking around and I got inspired to make a cake with rad decorations on it. I've got a few questions tough, namely regarding icing, and I'd love some pointers.

Where can I buy electronics online (a cordless telephone specifically) and ship directly to Canada? I tried a few websites: the US based ones don't ship to Canada, and the Canadian ones don't take a credit card with US billing address...
Obviously I am in US.

I need to buy new boots. Requirements: comfortable (I'll be wearing them 70-100 hours a week), medium grippyness (Canada has all this frozen water half of the year), shinable, black, plain looking. I'd like to avoid spending much more than C$200.
