What are large corporations doing around the production of mobile apps today? For customer use, obviously, but for internal use too? Built in-house or contracted out? Android or iOS or both? Or are web-apps for mobile preferred? Where can I read more about this?

I would like to begin to sell my paintings at local art fairs and online sites such as Etsy, $25-100.00 price range. Do I really need to set up an LLC or sole proprietorship, get a tax number and whatever else just to sell a painting or two (if I'm lucky?) Thanks.
P.S. I live in Illinois.

Can you share ways of sounding less direct and polite while contradicting / disagreeing / sharing ideas in a business context?
For example in a scenario where one wants to say : Why don't we have a website for this product a more polite way of saying the same thing could be: I am new here and was wondering if there would be any value in having a website for this product.
I would love to hear ideas around how individuals can sound polite and make their point in business setting where often times you need to make your point to senior management.
Also, Any books or websites that can help with this?

I am an engineer, and my wife is a business major. She is more miserable with her job and entire career than she has ever been, and I do not know how to help her. It's easy for me to search for jobs - I look for "mechanical engineer" or "robotics" and find positions matching my specialist skills. My wife is a generalist, and seems to hate the people that are attracted to the jobs she is qualified for. Her career unhappiness is taking a serious toll on her personal life and our marriage. Please help us figure out what to do!

How do you determine if you are on an employment blacklist? I have an MBA degree, and I have more experience and credentials than most of my MBA class, but I have not been able to get hired, and the only jobs I've been close to getting are at much less compensation than the average for my class. I interviewed for a position, made it past a phone screen, and went through a second in-person interview. I was told that they would get back to me in one week, but less than 1 day later I get a voicemail saying the company has chosen to go with another candidate. It's not the rejection, but the swiftness of the rejection after initial enthusiasm that makes me suspicious. If you are on a blacklist, how can you find out? And what can you do about it?
