I am going to see Bruce Springsteen in Giants Stadium on October 8th and want to know if there have been any opening acts on the "Working on a Dream" tour... I'm trying to get my schedule for this day set and wanted to know if it would be OK to get there at 8:30, even though the tickets list the showtime as 7:30 and the stadium opens at 6. Any input appreciated! Thanks!

Can I Polish Up My Martial Arts When I Can't Afford a Dojo?

Is it possible to practice and brush up on martial arts? I can't afford a dojo and only have my wife to practice on (!!). I know...rather sad. But she is willing to learn so I teach her. Can I polish up my previous learning? I have 3 years in karate 2 years in small-circle jujitsu (wrist lock flowing techniques, and not the Brazilian stuff...which would be great, though)...and a smattering of Aikido. I am not looking to be Bruce Lee or the best cage fighter. I am wanting to perfect what I do know. Is it silly to watch youtube videos and books that I have (excellent reference by Marc Tedeschi etc) to refresh myself as well as practice teaching my wife? What are your thoughts on training in a vacuum if you will? If you have any training ideas or opinions I am open for your knowledge or criticism. I don't want to waste my time.

How might I obtain a copy of an obscure movie from 1970, Dirtymouth?

How might I obtain a copy of a very obscure movie, Dirtymouth, from the early 1970's? My wife's father, Bernie Travis, starred in DirtyMouth, a relatively obscure bio-flick of Lenny Bruce. It's been overshadowed by the much more famous Dustin Hoffman film, Lenny, released four years later.

I've been searching for some time for a way to purchase a copy of this film for my wife. All she has is a very poor VHS copy of a copy.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can get a good copy of this film, or of any obscure movie specialty stores that may carry a copy? Google hasn't been much help to me, but my Google-Fu may just be off-kilter.

About ten years or so ago I read an article by a woman who's boyfriend worked in some sort of music related industry and she ended up having Winona Ryder, Dave Pirner, Bruce Springsteen, and Bruce's mom over for dinner. She talked a lot of trash on Winona in the article. Does anyone remember this piece of writing and where it appeared?
