Does anybody have a bluetooth headset and a sony ericsson k800i that successfully sync with voice control? [more inside]

My boss has a Samsung D500 and some generic Bluetooth dongle. In the past, she would plug in the dongle, put the phone by it and some software enabling contact-transferrage, etc. would pop up. Now, she gets a window about the DUN modem asking for a mysterious username and password and a number-to-dial. [more inside]
