I have a self-hosted WordPress blog in which every post is an image (with alt-text) and a single comment. I'd like to move this material over to a Tumblr blog. The site has two years' worth of material, with about three posts per week.
I've done a Google search and it seems there are three methods for migrating WordPress content to Tumblr. All involve exporting the WordPress Blog to XML first, which I've done.

I want to follow more Christian tumblr blogs. Can you recommend any that have good quotes and/or write substantial blog posts? I would prefer a minimum of politics.

Blog Help Filter: I am looking for a way by which I can have an RSS feed (consolidated from various sources and filtered - using Yahoo pipes) end up into a blog as draft posts. I would then edit, delete, modify these entires and post them in real time or at a predefined time.
I am open to most blogging platforms such as:
1. Tumblr
2. Posterous
3. Blogger
4. Wordpress
Does something like this exist for those of us who cannot program?
And, is there a way to do this with twitter? I know I can post on twitter when I update a blog but is the reverse possible? I know it is a weird request.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

I want to set up a little "one picture a day" blog, using something like Tumblr, except I want the time of the post to be taken directly from the "Date Picture Taken" EXIF data. Is there a CMS (or even better, a Tumblr hack) that will allow me to do this?

I'm starting a project wherein I walk each and every block of every street in Manhattan, at least once, over the course of roughly 2-3 months. I want to chronicle this process of walking all of Manhattan in a daily blog, preferably with a daily picture and some text. What do I call this blog? (And should I use tumblr? And anything else to keep in mind?)
