Previously we used a Photoshop cs5 Action to save images that were already on our Windows file server to another folder on the server. We got a new server. The Action now longer works, seemingly because the path is different, though the drive letter is the same. I've attempted to record a new Action, following the steps in the old Action, but there's a problem. The new action records the name of the file, so all new files saves with that Action are saves names of the file used to record the action. The original action did not save the name of the file used when recording the action. We would like the new action to do what the old Action did
How can I get Photoshop to record this action and not save the name of the file, so it can be used by multiple people on different Windows 7 machines?

On the Mac, I love the application
Paparazzi for taking full-page screenshots. For a project at work, I'm looking for a similar tool for Windows, or possibly a web service. Ideally, I would like something that has the ability to accept a text file of URLs (as Paparazzi does.) Does such a thing exist for Windows / on the web somewhere?

The company I'm working for hosts a good amount of video on our site. As it stands, we're trying to standardize to FLV (not my favorite format, but not my call either), and we have 65% of our videos in FLV. However, that still leaves more than three thousand videos that have yet to be converted, in various formats (mostly WMV, some MOV/AVI). I'm looking for a program to automate this conversion process.

OS X: I want to batch print all the files in a source-code library. They are actionscript files, which means they are text files that all end in a .as extension. The files are in a complex directory structure (one root folder but files in multiple subfolders), and there are non .as files that I don't want printed. When the files print, I need some kind of separator ( spaces, asterisks, new page...) between each file.

I am looking for a site/service/person who can batch edit the background out of 125 images and swap in a blue screen background. Any ideas?
-The pictures are of ppl (from the waist up) holding a piece of 81/2X11 sheet of paper.
-The background is a neutral textured wall, that blends pretty well with some of the clothes ppl are wearing. :(

At work, we have to deal with many many requests for audio clips. That is, receiving a CD, cutting 30, 60 or 90 seconds (or some other arbitrary length) from some or all of the tracks and turning them into MP3 or FLV files for use on our websites. I'm searching for a way to better automate this process, as it is unbelievably tedious process as you can imagine.
My ideal solution would be able to insert a CD (or take a set of mp3 files) and run a program that would let me select start and end points for all tracks or each track individually, select a format (mp3 required, swf/flv nice but not absolutely necessary) and press a button to have it executed.
Does anyone know of such a beast?
