Tutorial or template for embedding Quicktime VR pano file in a website?

Tutorial or template for embedding Quicktime VR pano file in a website? Hi all, 7 years ago I was part of an archaeological project, and we made one of those stitched together panorama movie files that allow one to explore an environment. I created it with Quicktime VR and it has the pano extension. I would now like to embed this file in my personal website, but I am having trouble finding a good tutorial for that.

The support on the quicktime website says to use the html code that the stitcher produces, but that is no help for me because I do not own the stitching program and do not have the html code it may have produced 7 years ago.

What I do have access to is the full Master Collection of Adobe CS3. Perhaps there is a way that this suite can interact with pano files, but I have not been able to figure it out thus far. I have been using the CS3 version of Dreamweaver and Photoshop to assemble the site, and I am also doing some hand coding. Any suggestions for getting this embedded would be most appreciated

Eye-candy filled e-mail without having to open an attachment - how do you create this? You know the e-mails you get from advertisers that are loaded with graphics, images and lots of color.... how do you create something like that?

export illustrator paragraph styles

How can I extract the font and color information from an *Illustrator* file's paragraph styles and character styles? An ordered plain-text list would be great, coded CSS based on style names even greater. I know this is possible to do in inDesign using tags linked to styles, but I can't seem to figure out a way to do it in Illustrator. For that matter, how can I import my Illustrator paragraph styles to inDesign?

The metadata for the file revealed in Bridge lists all my palettes, but not just used colors, and it lists the fonts, but no specific size per paragraph style.

Thanks in advance!

disable Adobe PDF doc for edit, print & SAVE?

How to fully protect an Adobe pdf? I want to post an exam temporarily on the net for my class, and I'm using Adobe Pro 7.0's security functions to disable editing and printing functions (so students can't easily print and circulate the exam). The doc can still be saved, however. Adobe forums seem to have no idea how to disable the SAVE pdf function....
Alternately, I've toyed with posting images and disabling the 'save as' and IE pic toolbar with html/java - but that doesn't preclude printing either.

css? (I only need to impede the casual user--I realize printscreen copies are unavoidable). i need to do this NOW...any help appreciated.
