Last year I lived and worked in two different states (RI and CA) I worked two jobs in RI and then got another temp job in CA and moved out there in the fall. So I am using TaxCut to file my returns (yes I know its cutting it close) but I am confused when it asks for the "Employee's address" under the W-2 section; what do I put? Do I put my address where I used to live for those jobs back in RI or my current one in CA? I still consider myself a RI resident and will be moving out of CA in two weeks back to New England.

[Postal_Filter] I sent out 45 postcards to friends for X-Mas. They had a "From" address (labeled as such) and a "To" address (also labeled as such). Somehow, the Post Office sent it all to the "From" Address (not return to sender for insufficient postage or anything). Do I have any recourse in getting these sent to the right address? Is it bad protocol on my part to put a very visible "From" Address on a postcard?

I am looking for a source on the internet that will give me ranges for postal codes in Australia for metro areas, eg, 3200-3500 is Melbourne where the range would include all suburbs generally agreed to be part of metro Melbourne. If they aren't really in a range, than a list of all the Melbourne metro postcodes would work. I feel like I have only found ranges by state but those include rural areas. Any help very appreciated. The cities are Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Is it true that when I get a NY state non-driver ID card, they won't ask me to prove my street address? According to the DMV's list, my passport plus my social security card are enough to get me a state ID. Neither of those two things shows a street address (and I have no proof of my address, and I've never had a driver's license or non-driver ID). Does this mean I could just write my address (or for that matter, any NY state address!) on the form at the DMV?

I just picked up an Apple Airport Extreme and am attempting to integrate it into my home network, and my old router is jealous. My intent is to use the Airport to serve IP addresses to all my devices via DHCP, and use its wireless capabilities for my 802.11g computers (looking forward to 802.11n). I've pressed my old Linksys WRT54G into use providing wireless access to my 802.11b devices (2 wifi Internet radios), to isolate them from dragging down the .g devices' wireless access speeds.
