I have an existing pdf presentation of about 15 pages. I want to re-edit the title on page 3. How do I do this? i open it up in photoshop, and I can change page 3, but i can't seem to easily reintegrate into my 15 page presentation. How do I open them all up, just change page 3, and then seemlessly resave with all 15 pages in pdf form order and ready to go? I have illustrator, photoshop, indesign and am downloading acrobat. THank you for any help.
Using Adobe Acrobat, if I wanted to use this PDF so that it created a landscape 4 up PDF, how would one do that? I'd like to look like this preview tile. It seems crazy to me that the print output of Acrobat can't be saved as PDF - am I missing something? [more inside]

I often need to refer a person to a specific page in a PDF document linked in an email. Sometimes the document contains page numbers on headers or footers that do not match the numbering of the PDF file. For example, the page with “12” displayed in the footer is page 16 of the PDF file, because the file includes four pages of front matter. “Page 1” as labeled in the document is the fifth page of the file, as shown in the document reader’s toolbar. My 7-year-old enjoyed watching Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away at home, on Netflix. She became fascinated with the costumes and weird characters, the acrobatic scenes in strange settings, and didn't seem bothered by the fact that there was only a loose plot and virtually no dialogue ("It's like a dream," she said). What are other similar, surreal dreamy movies on Netflix that she might like?
I need to print a whole bunch of PDFs with really special settings today. How do I go into Reader and switch the settings from "Imprimir" to "Print" so I can go into Preferences and make all of the special settings to collate and staple, etc? I want to just make the Reader program all in English. Do I need to reinstall or is it just an option? How would I find the option since it's all in Spanish? Thanks.
I am regular user of Adobe Acrobat Pro (Version 9, currently), for document manipulation purposes. I am certainly not expert at it, but I'm not entirely stupid. I sometimes run into forms (the ones I work with are typically from various state and federal government agencies) where the helpful persons setting up those forms either accidentally or set up with programming/permissions that don't allow me be able to manipulate the forms. These are not high level sensitive documents, or anything, and all I am trying to do is to be able to add/edit/delete various form fields in order to fill out the forms properly. Here is a link to the current form that has me stymied - it is the S-Corporation election form from the IRS (form 2553): http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f2553.pdf [more inside]
This is new behavior (maybe after I installed the Windows 8.1 upgrade) - when I double-click a PDF, instead of just opening the file in Acrobat (full app is installed on my computer), the 'how do you want to open this file' dialog appears, and 'Keep using Adobe Acrobat' is the first choice, followed by two instances an icon with the full path to the Acrobat executable. I have Adobe Acrobat as the default program. I'm guessing this is a Windows issue, rather than Adobe - how do I get my PDFs to just open already?
I am a member of a small acrobatic group including both men and women, and we are having a hard time finding costumes. There are more options for women, but almost none for men except basic gymnastics outfits and unitards in a handful of colors. We'd love to find a place to get really dramatic costumes, or at least parts we could use to design our own without having to make them completely from scratch. Online is best, as I am in Iceland.

Seeking Adobe Acrobat replacement for Mac OS X. I have Acrobat 8 Standard for Windows, which has served me well. But Adobe only offers their "Pro" version for Mac, which costs way more than I want to spend ($450), and it's also more than I need. So I'm looking for an alternative; free is great, but willing to pay for a solid software package. Intuitive and easy-to-use is a big plus. List of features I tend to rely on most in the "More Inside" section. [more inside]

Let's say I'm an in-house graphic designer working on a sale sign template for a company with several locations. I've got Helvetica. The various locations don't. I'd like to make a fancy template in InDesign, and then create a PDF form where employees can alter small portions of the text and then print the completed sale sign at their location, still using the Helvetica. Is this possible? [more inside]

Can anyone recommend a plug-in that allows adobe acrobat to sort pages by page number? I inserted page numbers into a document; extracted certain pages into separate files, and then combined them again; the page numbers were off as a result (and there are some dupes). I'd like to make them resort by page number. Any ideas?
