	<title>Burnin up screens near you!</title>
	<link>http://ask.metafilter.com/50514/Burnin%2Dup%2Dscreens%2Dnear%2Dyou</link>
<description>Will leaving my 5.5g iPod connected to the computer cause burn-in on the screen? I&apos;m a bit concerned with the behaviour of my 5.5g iPod. I&apos;ve only noticed this recently because I&apos;ve left it connected to my computer all day at work. When it&apos;s connected to the computer, the screen stays backlit, with the &quot;Do not disconnect&quot; message and flashing symbol on it. Will this cause burn-in issues on the screen, or am I being overly paranoid?</description>
