Should I respond to a medical marijuana ad from the backpage of the Seattle Weekly? Every week I see ads like "Marijuana patient services" or "Medical marijuana" on the backpage of Seattle Weekly. These are presumably there to assist people in getting a prescription (?) for medical marijuana. I just recently moved to Seattle. What is the deal with medical marijuana and these ads here?

I'm somewhat afraid of getting myself onto some sort of watchlist...

If you were a male in your 30's who wanted to father a child, how long before the 'project launch date' would you stop using marijuana? I smoke marijuana about once or twice a week on average. Some time in the next year or so, I'm going to be expected to impregnate a woman. I've done my Google research, and I've found several articles stating that marijuana decreases fertility. Most are rather vague. This one was the most specific I could find, and the study it references was conducted using men who smoked 14 times a week for 5 or more years.

So in the absence of actual research and data, I'm looking for educated guesses from those who know about such things. (ie, doctors, fertility experts, or people who have a solid understanding of how chemicals affect the body, and for how long.)

Would smoking marijuana once or twice a week be likely to impact a man's fertility? After stopping marijuana use, how long would it take for fertility to return to normal?

What is the origin of "420" I was at a party last night and a topic of discussion moved to smoking pot. We were both wondering where did the term "420" come from. She heard that it meant 4:20PM was the best time to smoke. Any tokers on this one?

I've been wondering... where did the term "420" come from, and how did it come to popularity? Most of all, why do folks on Craigslist think they can ask for it / advertise that they have it, without getting busted?
