Since the Xbox 360 doesn't have a browser I am unable to connect to Xbox Live on a public internet connection because the 360 cannot give me access to the user agreement (if anyone knows a way around that, I'd like to know). Does anyone know if the PS3 has a browser capable of going on a public wifi and agreeing to the user agreement? I ask this because I am considering purchasing one for the library I work at. This will allow me to download updates for our games.

I kicked the DVD tray while it was open on my roommate's xbox 360 slim. Now it won't close. It feels like the gears are off track or broken.
Does the warranty cover that? If not, what should I do to fix it? Home repair? Take it to the local console repair shop? Can it be fixed, or should I replace the dvd drive?

How exactly does XBox account security work? Our 360 was stolen in November. We haven't bought a replacement yet, but we did change the password on the Live account associated with the console immediately. We just noticed that within the last few days, our gamertag has logged on and has been playing games, buying avatar items with points we already had, etc. WTF?

I want an Xbox 360 to play Kinect games. Should I buy the 4GB version or the 250GB version?
Does the 4GB version of the Xbox 360 provide enough space to play Kinect games? I already have a PS3 and still plan to use that as my main gaming system. I want the Xbox 360 just for Kinect. Is it really worth the extra $100 for the 250GB version if I'm only going to play Kinect games?
Also, how difficult is it to install a larger hard drive on the 4GB version?

There's some game on the 360 that exists or was in development at some point in the past year that is a strategy game using hexagon shaped "towers" of land as a board. I think it was turnbased and used words (but not sure about the words part - but I think it involved a scrabble like setup) Somehow you would "stomp" the hexagon shaped towers and they would slowly lower until a certain point then they would fall making the play area smaller. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Borrowed Call of Duty 4, for the XBox 360, from a friend, and each time I try to play a message appears informing me that I need to insert the disc into an XBox 360, which is where it is. The message is static, and when trying to do anything with the controller, the DVD control overlay appears. What's going on here? Google searches point to some similar experiences, but not much in the way of solutions. The disc has been cleaned several times and while not in perfect shape is certainly not damaged beyond playability.
