In Apple's OS X, the icon for "Mail" depicts a postage stamp with the words "Hello from C_________." I can't read it. What does it say? It's not Cupertino or California. Or maybe Cocoa?

It says "Capertino CA" definitively. See the finder to show 128x128 icons and you'll see.
