Another question trying to find the name of a poem, possibly a very cheesy poem from my youth.

PoetryFilter: I (mis)remember a single line of a poem and Google isn't helping me. God (maybe? or some other speaker?) says, "Oh, best blade of grass!" And that's all I've got, and it's probably wrong. Any guesses?

In Heaven, by Stephen Crane

In heaven,
Some little blades of grass
Stood before God.
"What did you do?"
Then all save one of the little blades
Began eagerly to relate
The merits of their lives.
This one stayed a small way behind,
Ashamed.
Presently, God said,
"And what did you do?"

The little blade answered, "Oh my Lord,
Memory is bitter to me,
For, if I did good deeds,
I know not of them."
Then God, in all His splendor,
Arose from His throne.
"Oh, best little blade of grass!" He said.

It might be the third link with "Oh best blade of grass" but it isn't there at all with best blade of grass and I didn't know for sure I even had the phrase correct.

So Google has not failed me, I have failed Google.
