Flickr, for one. (No green at the moment, but the blue and pink are there, and I'm not signed in.)

Lilly Pulitzer. Emblematic brand for the tiny super-prep demographic.

Snapfish, too.

(I know I saw some site with those three colors in the upper left corner, in circles; I thought it was yahoo or flickr, but apparently not.)

Response by poster: More specifically, which sites use a strong combination of all three. It seems like the three sites so far only use two of the three colors strongly.

A couple of places to check out. First is designmentdown.com. At the top of the nav, there are links to various colors (and the sites that utilize them). Also, Netdiver is a nice way to peruse multiple sites at once.

This doesn't exactly help you answer your question, but maybe it'll get you closer.
