A look at public diplomacy in Iraq; Reason article. Looks like those plus Radio Sawa and Hi magazine, as well as several websites. Al Iraqiya (correct spelling) is/was funded by the Pentagon, not the State Dept./USAID, for what that's worth; the same outfit publishes a newspaper, al Sabah.
