Really good real estate agent websites?

My aunt is becoming a real estate agent, and she wants me to build her a website. What are the most impressive real estate agent websites out there in terms of design, features, etc?

I'm a fan of Streeteasy.

A friend knows the guy behind this site.

Response by poster: To be clear, I'm looking for personal websites for individual real estate agents.

When I was looking for property (in the UK) I went through all the big companies and always felt like they were putting hurdles in front of me finding the house I wanted. Some of the bigger companies had some impressive searching facilities, but not quite what I wanted and often I felt like throwing the PC out of the window.

The only company that I didn't feel that about was a small family run business and that search/filter page in particular. I could filter by price range, property type, number of bedrooms and then see the results on the mini map.

The Denver Realtor is one of my favorites. I may be biased, she was my realtor. She had this site built after the fact and I was really impressed - it stood out from all the cookie cutter realty sites out there.

I've run across a local realtor's site a few times over the past few days while looking for completely unrelated info because the core of it is a blog where she publishes fairly useful and interesting stuff. You also get a sense of her personality and interests from the site.

Although it's not going to win any beauty awards, I was very impressed by the content at drodio.com ... specifically, some videos where he explained things like how to make a successful lowball offer.

Granted, making YouTube videos explaining concepts to potential clients is going to take a decent amount of work on your aunt's part, but I would so much rather go with a real estate agent who's interested in educating me about what's going on, and who, by making these videos, clearly shows an awareness about the industry, the local market, etc.

This is a friend of mine. http://sarahiouslyspeaking.com/ She gets a lot of incoming business via her web site, twitter, etc. I think it's all about the content. Make the site a resource for people that are both in the market or just interested in the locale.

Late to the game here, but Agent Press is a Wordpress Theme for real estate agents. Looks pretty slick.
