Who is the woman in the video for the song "Chips Ahoy!" by the band The Hold Steady?

I don't know who she is, but she doesn't look like Elizabeth Elmore who does the vocals on other songs in that album.

The director is Moh Azima whose email address is available freely at his website. Make sure you allow popups for that site to work.
