Reading a visio file on OS X: Can it be done? [mi]

I've got a .vsd file that I'd like to read on my mac. Writing is not necessary, but would be nice. I'd like to avoid getting a PC or running virtual PC.

Have you tried Omnigraffle?

Omnigraffle Pro v3 only supports VDX files; ConceptDraw V permits importing of VSX.

If you ever need it, that is.

Probably not, it seems to be a very proprietary format.

This guy's trying to decode it, though.

My older version of OmniGraffle doesn't seem to speak visio at all. The newer version only claims to understand Visio XML files. ConceptDraw V looks very cool but only supports Visio XML files as well.

Along these lines, is it possible to read a Microsoft Access snapshot (.snp) file on OS X?

ConceptDraw has a web-based tool for converting Visio files to their format. Now, it requires sending your info to a third party, so I don't know how kosher that is with you, but there ya go.
